FABRICATION | STRUCTURAL STEEL
Our 8000m2 Structural Shop is equipped with the latest CNC processing machinery and can produce up to 650tons of fabricated structural steelwork per month.
FABRICATION | PLATE-WORK
Our Heavy Bay / Plate Shop covers an area of 1000m2 and is 10 meters high to underside crane.
This shop is equipped with plate rolls, a 150ton Press Brake, and the latest in Submerged Arc welding technology.
Our Plate Shop has the capacity to produce up to 250tons of fabricated plate-work per month.
SHOT BLASTING | PAINTING
Complementing our Gietard in-line wheelabrader we have 2 purpose built shot blasting cabinets with recovery and dust extraction systems.
One cabinet has the dimensions 5m x 13m x 3m, and the other larger cabinet has dimensions 5m x 20m x 5m.
With our painting partners we have developed a market leading corrosion protection facility, that produces high quality work at exceptional turn around times.
